Shredded Beef Torta or Sub

So the other day I made some meat to have Shredded Beef burritos and we had plenty of meat leftover for the next day but we ran out of tortillas. I went to the store to buy some more, as soon as I walked in the store I could smell the bread! So of course I broke down (it didn't take much) I bought the bread and made a big torta it was delicious and it was a bit more exciting then having the "same" thing for dinner even though it was virtually the same.
